Self-measurements are not mandatory but are highly recommended. They enable you to track changes in your body, identify potential plateaus, and assist in reevaluating dietary and exercise plans.

Easily track your measurements using our step-by-step video guide provided with the kit. Alternatively, you can choose to submit an InBody® result sheet from your preferred gym. To ensure accurate data, avoid using moisturizers or engaging in physical activity on the day of the evaluation.

Group Meetings:
Group meetings cannot be rescheduled unless there is a unanimous agreement within the group on a new time.

Discovery Calls and 1-on-1 Meetings:
Discovery calls and 1-on-1 meetings can be rescheduled. To do so, clients must provide notice 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

Clients can reschedule by contacting us via phone at +4915252846944 or through email at morgado@marinamorgado.com.

Failure to provide the 24-hour notice will result in the client forfeiting the appointment. In such cases, the appointment cannot be rescheduled, and the client retains the right only to the remaining consultations in the purchased package.

Data collection will be entirely confidential between the nutrition expert and the client.
